Braceborough is a hamlet in South Kesteven. It had a station on the Essendine to Bourne railway which closed in 1951.

Dr Francis Willis treated King George III for his Ďmadnessí in nearby Shillingthorpe Hall (demolished in 1949). A Spa House was opened in 1841. Popular in Victorian times, it closed in 1939.
