Situated on the edge of the Wolds, with fine views across to Lincoln, All Saints was rebuilt in 1869 by James Fowler in Early English style.

Inside, the church has a timber arch separating the eastern apse from the nave.

Fowler retained a 13th century arcade which is built into the nave north wall.

Kelly's Directory 1919 has :-

"The church of All Saints is an edifice of stone in the Early English and Decorated styles, consisting of apsidal chancel, nave, south porch and a western tower with pinnacles containing 4 bells:

the church, with the exception of the tower and south doorway, was entirely rebuilt in 1869 :

there was once a north aisle of three bays, traces of which may be seen in the north wall; in the south wall there are two Decorated windows:

at the time of the restoration of this church it was intended to retain and restore the tower, but owing to the incautious manner in which the work was carried on the tower gave way, and was eventually, with much trouble removed, but was rebuilt in 1875, under the direction of Mr. James Fowler of Louth:

in 1902 the new tower, which had much decayed, was restored at an expense of over £300, the greater part of which was borne by Lord Heneage:

there are 75 sittings"

White's Directory 1872 has :-

"The Church (All Saints) having been for a long time in a most dilapidated state, was taken down and rebuilt in 1869, mostly at the expense of the patron.

It is a small but neat structure, consisting of nave and apsidal chancel, neatly fitted up. The unsightly and diminutive gable turret which was substituted for the old massive tower, which contained three ancient bells, was struck by lightning on the 17th August, 1871, and completely cut through without doing any damage to rest of the building.

The incumbent is using laudable and zealous efforts to rebuild the demolished tower, and has already collected over £360 towards that object.

The vicarage, valued in K.B. at £6, and now having a yearly rent charge of £75, and 8 acres of glebe, is in the incumbency of the Rev. Charles Allix Wilkinson, M.A., who is also rector of South Willingham, where he resides.

The vicarage house is occupied by the Rev. F. F. Cornish, one of her Majesty's inspectors of schools"

The chapel still stands empty, over 50 years since last in use. The walls are sound but the roof is in a poor state of repair.

The chapel's cast iron gate and fence are well designed and in remarkably good condition. An unexpected survival.
